Joining ACCESS does not replace your Original Medicare benefits or your regular doctors. You may leave the program. The care team will explain any timing rules for switching ACCESS providers.

ACCESS is being tested by Medicare. CMS may randomly assign some eligible people to a comparison group that cannot enroll in ACCESS for 12 months. The team will explain this and the required notices before checking eligibility or enrolling you.

Care and privacy

Clinical care is provided by Ally Care, LLC. Alyf provides supporting technology. Licensed healthcare professionals are responsible for clinical decisions.

Before enrollment, the care team will provide applicable patient notices and explain how your information is used. You can ask the team for a copy of the treating provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
